Moderator Application

Well i am gonna need a user that is fit to be a moderator to rule the site, when i am not here! Yes i mean a global moderator, not a moderator on only 1 section, there are gonna be some, but i dont need them currently, for the lack of activity! So i am gonna be in need of you to fill out the form! If you do not fill the form like i am showing you, you will be ignored, i need you to be serious, so i can be sure you wont abuse you're powers!

Experience - Yeah i have experience, i have been a mod in alot of sites, even Global Mod, was 1 week away from becoming the new Admin, but they shut down the site, since the leader of the project, got seriously ill!
Ad to the site - Yeah i can give you guys some new ranks [The ones we are currently using]!

Experience - Ive been mod on 4 sites, admin for 2 sites so I have a some good experience. I can work my way around things.
Ad to the sites - I can make some new ranks for the forum, can make a new banner.
